I had a really busy day yesterday. I got up, exercised and then showered and got ready to go to the Jordan River Temple. I have some names that my sister-in -law, Janey Cook gave me and I needed to do the temple work for them. I went and did 21 names for initiatory and it was wonderful to spend the morning in the temple. Nice way to start the day. Then I came home and found Lyndon and Don trying to get a new computer for Lyndon up and going. I should have cleaned my house at this point, but wasn't in the mood. I had some errands to run and so I did those for a couple of hours and then I came home and wanted to digital scrapbook. It is fun to make these creations. We had a stake presidency and High Council barbeque at the Higgs home at 6:00 p.m. and I was asked to bring four loaves of french bread. It wasn't buttered or garliked. We just sliced it and put butter on it. The Higgs home is large and quite amazing! They barbequed garlic chicken and served a delicious mango, blueberry, feta salad. We also had watermelon and the bread I brought. Sandy Higgs made the most delicious desserts. She served chocolate mint brownies, carmel pecan brownies and lemon glazed cookies. They were all to die for. She should do a food blog or be a caterer. She is simply amazing! She said she is thinking about doing a food blog. We played some fun group games that Doug Burnett provided. We had alot of fun! So nice to get with all of these great people in our stake! Then we came home and chatted with our darling Dallen and then headed to bed. I layed in bed and watched a good movie. It was called the "Ron Clarke Story" It was about a teacher who taught in Harlem and how he loved his students and wanted them to succeed in life. It was a great story. Then out went the lights. Lyndon fell asleep during the movie and was out like a light!
Well here are my newest digital pictures. Enjoy!
I'm pretty silly, but I liked these funny pictures of me!
This was taken right after I had my hair cut.
We went to Marla's a couple of weeks ago and went with them to their neighborhood pool. We had a fun day!
I love this cute picture of Delphia. She loves to go swimming and I think she would make a cute little fishy!
